¡Hola! My name is Anna Maria Johnson, and I am a senior pre-med student at Davidson College majoring in Hispanic Studies. I am originally from Houston, Texas and have grown up studying Spanish in and outside of the classroom. I am currently a Spanish tutor in the Center for Teaching and Learning and am working on my honors thesis in Hispanic Studies. Outside of class, I am involved with the Civic Engagement Council, Davidson College Global Health and ‘Cats for a Cause. I have been tutoring my peers in Spanish since my second year and look forward to the opportunity to work with the students at Davidson K-8 for the first time this year!
